Daphne & June
Daphne seems to evoke the extremes of taste: it appears that one either loves it or hates it, with very few exceptions. I myself have gone back and forth, and I think I like it - without trying too hard to do so, if that makes sense. How do you feel about Daphne?
I'm trying to brainstorm some combos that sound alright, but Daphne's one of those tough nuts to crack . . .
Daphne Alison
Daphne Gillian
Daphne Helen
Daphne May
Daphne Rosalind
Daphne Willa
I'm really starting to come around to the name June as well - I've always been a fan of Jane (particularly Jane Lou), and I carry a torch for Juno, but never appreciated their compromise until recently. I'm not thrilled about the Honey Boo-Boo connection, but I think I can look past that. What do you think of June?
Kicking around some combos:
June Amabel
June Beatrix
June Catherine
June Frances
June Llewella
June Louisa
June Penelope
June Rosanna
June Rosamund

I've never been a fan of Daphne. It's not a name I find pretty or attractive. Daphne May is a good combination.
I do love June though. It's a beautiful name. June Catherine and June Penelope are beautiful combinations.

I am one of those that love Daphne, but no one around me seems to, so I will never use it.
Daphne Helen is so sweet and I love Daphne Rosalind, too. I also like Daphne Isabelle, for some reaosn.
June is a sweet, fresh name that I like too. I don't know anything about Honey Boo-Boo other than "a dollah makes me hollah." So I'm really unaware of the connection.
June Catherine & June Penelope are my favorites.

I apparently fall into the hates-Daphne camp. It reminds me of Daphne Duck.
I am quite fond of June. To me it feel honest, simple in a graceful way, and holds some of the spirit of promise that belongs to newly warm spring days.
June Amabel - This is the best use I have seen of Amabel. June adds structure in a way that makes for a nice pair.
June Beatrix - These feel out of synch stylistically.
June Catherine - Classic
June Frances - Normally I am turned off by the hard sounds in Frances, but following June it sounds great.
June Llewella
June Louisa
June Penelope
June Rosanna - The floral connotation with the spring month is a bit over the top for me.
June Rosamund - See above

I think Daphne is somewhat understated in style, but very pretty. I love the fact that it's not popular here in Australia and I don't believe I've ever met someone with the name Daphne either. Daphne May is definitely my fave combo of the ones you have. I also think Daphne Ruth, Daphne Kate/Katherine, Daphne Jane, Daphne Mabel, Daphne Eliza/Elizabeth, Daphne Lilia, Daphne Beth, Daphne Estelle, Daphne Lucinda and Daphne Matilda are lovely. Not a big fan of June, but adore the name Jane.
I like Daphne for someone else's kid. Really, I want to like it more than I do, but images of Scooby Doo and Daffy Duck plagued me when I hear it...
I love June, I think it's so sweet and refreshing. I love Jane as well, and also May, so June is a natural love for me.
I really like Daphne Rosalind and June Louisa.

I like Daphne. I guess I'm one the few "doesn't love it, doesn't hate it" people. It evokes a pleasant image of nature for me. It also reminds me of Daphne Moon on Fraiser, which is my favorite television show.
I love June. It's got such an awesome retro vibe. I have no idea what the Honey Boo Boo connection is, since I've avoided her/the show.

Daphne is not a favorite but I do like it. My only association is "Scooby Doo". Of your combos, I really like Daphne Helen. I have Daphne Ellen, but I like Helen better, and Daphne Moira. Daphne Alison would be my second pick from your list.
I much prefer Jane, but June is nice and I knew a lovely one. I do not watch the show mentioned and, based on what clips and commericals I've happened to see accidentally, never will, but that association shouldn't ruin June. Of your list, I like June Amabel, June Penelope and June Rosamund best. June Ailsa comes to mind at the moment.

I'm somewhat torn on Daphne. I like Daphne's mythological background as well as its meaning. It isn't overused, which gives it bonus points. On the other hand, I have a bad association with the name unfortunately, so it's not a name I would use myself. I dislike the nickname Daffy, but Daphne is short enough that it doesn't need a nickname. It also reminds me of the word "daft", but it's still a decent name.
All of your Daphne combos work. My favorites are Daphne Alison, Daphne Helen, and Daphne Rosalind. Daphne Willa is cute, but I think the others have a smoother flow.
I like June. It has a quaint, almost playful vibe. It also ages well.
June was used regularly enough in the past that I'm sure that most people probably think of other associations besides the Honey Boo-Boo connection. I don't watch it, but even if I did, it probably wouldn't be the first association to come to mind.

I'm neutral on Daphne. I like it on paper, and it does make me think of the beautiful fragrance of Daphne flowers. But I'd never use it, because I associate the sound "DAFF" with the idea of stupidity, and I wouldn't want it in my own name. I don't think I'd really notice it in YOUR kid's name, though.
Daphne Helen is a nice combo. Helen brings out the Greek in Daphne.
June is a longtime favorite of mine. I don't watch Honey Boo Boo so I don't know what you're talking about there - and I wouldn't hesitate to trust others to also not watch it, and not know what you're talking about. So that makes no diff to me. None of the Junes I've known have made me think it is a Honey Boo Boo type name, anyhow.
I like it with Catherine, Frances, and Rosanna.

The first combo I thought of was Daphne Arabella
I like Daphne, but I also go back and forth about her. From your combos I like Daphne May the most. I don't really like May, but it goes very well with Daphne.
I don't like June at all though. I think ot sounds very stuck up and old. June Penelope is the best combo.
