For stuffing.

It's always been our family tradition to have sage in our stuffing (only now it's dressing because stuffing is evil) and Grandpa always grew his own sage. Found an old Thanksgiving menu, among family records/memorabilia, from the ship Grandpa was on in WWII and it lists sage stuffing, so maybe that's where it came from.I also know a family who roasts pistachios with the sage they grow...pretty tasty, though I wouldn't have thought of those two flavors going together before I tried it.
