Well, I did some googling too and yes, Rocco Siffredi is the first thing to come up. Apparently Rocco is his real first name too.
Rocco, if you aren't Italian with an Italian last name, doesn't sound so much risque as it does pretentious and cartoonishly he-man superhero. Even with an Italian last name it sounds kind of over the top.
