Always had a soft spot for this name. I like it on either gender. I don't know if I could use it myself. I have known a little boy named Shiloh.

I forgot to mention I know a woman in her late 20's named Shilo. It's nice on her. I don't hate it for a girl. I don't like the Jolie-Pitts but just because they used it doesn't make it unusable.
