Sandra is cute. It is a bit dated, but around here it's still moderately popular especially with Hispanics.I think the Sahn-Dra pronunciation is very pretentious, like the person saying it that way would also say to-mah-to and vahz for vase.

Come, I say to-mah-to, as did my parents before me, that's the usual pronounciation where I come from.
However, I do say Vase, and Sand (as in the stuff at the beach)-ra. How about Sandrine? I have a young relative-in-law called that. In France, though, so it's Sahn-drine.
