Fia
WDYT of Fia? Pronounced FEE-a.
I think it's cute but perhaps a little insubstantial. Could it work as a nickname for something?

I prefer it as a nickname. I automatically think of it as a nickname for Sofia. It also works as a nickname for Fiona, Fiorenza, Fiorella, and Fiammetta.

I think it's really cute! Too nicknamey on its own perhaps, but I love it as a nickname for a Fionnuala.
I like Fia/Fiia (Finnish spelling). I seem to be in the minority but I think it can stand alone. I went to school with one, she was Fiia Emilia. I've also heard it as a nickname for Serafia.

Sophia is the first to come to mind, of course. In my family, it's pronounced "so-FIE-uh" and, if I used it, I'd probably call her "Phi", with a long "i" sound (I kind of like the mathematical reference too). Changing the "ph" to "f" works just fine, though.
Iphigenia or Ophelia nn "Fia" would be sweet. Phoebe is a bit more of a stretch.
ETA: Just remembered Efstathia; the sounds for "Fia" are all there.

Fia is adorable, especially as a nickname for Fiammetta!
I quite like Fia. But it is insubstantial.
I'd add to the growing list:
Seraphina/Serafina/Seraphine/Serafine
Sapphire/Safire/Safira/Sapphira

I like it. I would use it as a nickname for Fiammetta, or something similar.
Fia is cute as a nickname, maybe for Sofia/Sophia or Fiona. I don't think it can be a name by itself.
Cute, but as a nickname only. If I met a Fia I'd probably assume it was short for Sofia.
I think it is sweet. Maybe use as a nn for Fiona or fianna?
