I like Caius, though Roman-type names are very yuppie-trendy at the moment. (Sebastian being the worst culprit, then the rarer Lucian etc.)
Caius Tate - Lovely sound but a bit of an odd pairing. Caius is a return to the ancient, and Tate is the opposite: modern American.
Caius Elliot - A bit awkward to say. Again, I think the middle name is too modern for the first name.
Caius Henry - Really handsome. Henry is a bit dull but works here because the fn is unusual.
