Well, you've already gotten my opinions on Griffin and Finn several times already so I'll skip to the last two questions.
I prefer Griffin just the ittiest bit, probably due to the fact that it's less popular. They are definitely too close to be brother imo. But Finn could work as a nickname (although it'd just be Fin,huh).
