Ashleigh?
What are people's opinions on Ashleigh? While I still prefer Ashley on a boy, Ashleigh for a girl is growing on me after meeting a lovely six year old with the name. I also know a nineteen called this but she almost always goes by Ash. I like it without a nickname but what do you think: no nickname, Ash, or Leigh? Combo suggestions would also be lovely, thank you. :)

Ashleigh looks over-elaborate and messy, like a Christmas tree with every available decoration plus a few strings of blingy beads.
I don't mind Ashley, though it is dated. It retains some elegance, which Asheleigh lacks. I'd like to see Ashley Susannah or Ashley Suzette, depending on the ln.
I like Leigh as a girl name, at least partly because I was at school with a wonderful Leigh! For a boy I suppose I prefer Lee without actually liking it, in spite of my excellent nephew.

The spelling is just silly and unnecessary. Ashley is unisex.
