I adore Rowan! I don't mind it for both genders but I think I like it on a boy just a smidge more.
I think Rowan and Xanthe make a fine sibset but I'm never particular about that. I don't believe a sibling would "feel left out" like some people on this board do. I guess some are more sensitive than my giant family, but still, it seems too sensitive to me.
I dislike two middle names. It seems clunky and pointless. I like Rowan Felix and I like Rowan Matthias but not Rowan Felix Matthias. Even if I didn't hate double middle names, I still wouldn't like it because it doesn't flow. With Rowan I think it's important for there to be flow.
