Cosima is very beautiful. I've liked it ever since I heard Cosima Wagner's life story on the Classical radio station. I don't remember anything about her life, but I've always remembered her name! The English radio announcer said KAW-zee-mah, which is the Italian pronunciation. If I had a daughter named Cosima I'd pronounce it that way too.

Cosme is listed as masculine, so I wouldn't use it for a girl. I wonder if there is a French feminine form, like Cosmée?
