One of my best friends in high school was an Idelle, but she pronounced the first syllable like ih- rather than ie, as listed here on BtN. I'm not a fan of Ida, so I prefer Idelle with the short vowel I'm used to. I also like:
Allegra: I'd like to see this reclaimed from the allergy med.
