Can you hear the French pronunciation of Suzanne or Marianne in your head? In South Africa there is a well-known though not very well used combination of Elizabeth and Anne - Elzaan. It had that long French -a- and the second syllable is emphasised.I wouldn't advise going for the SA pronunciation! But I do think that Elzanne flows better than Elsianne, though of course the -s- becomes a -z- which you might not want.
