Bridget
This was the name of the girl who made my iced mocha this morning. WDYT of Bridget? On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate it? How do you picture someone named Bridget, and what is the best MN you can pair with it? Thanks a bunch. :)

It's one of the few female B names that I really like. Beatrice, Beatrix, Beatriz, Bronwyn, Bronwen, Bridget, Brigitta, and Brigida are the only ones that I like a lot. Beth I like as a nn and I kind of like Bernadette. Bridget sounds intelligent and friendly, strong yet feminine.

I like Bridget a lot. I know a few my age and older... I met a 2 year old Bridget recently and though she was an adorable child, it just seemed weird on her. It seemed way too severe, serious and grown-up for a child. I know kids don't stay little forever, but maybe Bridget with an occasional nn for when she's younger? I don't know, Biddy or Bridie or something. I knew one who went by Bree as a kid.
It is one of my all time favorites, even though it hasn't been in my Top 10 or whatever for quite awhile. I'd definitely throw it into the mix if I were deciding on a name for a real daughter. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 9 or 10 depending on my mood that day. I think it is strong, spunky, has some cute nn options, it isn't too popular but is recognizable and it has a great history- it really checks every box I have for names.
My go-to combo is Bridget Maeve Honora :)

I like it. It's probably an 8.
I picture a quiet girl with wavy blonde hair, brown eyes, and cute freckles. She's sweet, and likes to keep to herself, so not that many people really pay attention to her. Although I can also picture a bold and crazy and fun girl with the name Bridget.

I like Bridget. I don't recall ever actually meeting anyone named Bridget, but I imagine that a Bridget would be daring yet pleasant in demeanor.
My best FN/MN combinations (not sure which I like best):
Bridget Alexandrine
Bridget Alexandra
Bridget Cassandra - Bridget and Cassandra have a similar feel in my mind.
Bridget Moira
Bridget Leona
Out of those, I think that Bridget Leona is my probably my favorite, but it's basically tied with Bridget Cassandra.

I really like it. It's an Anglo-Irish classic, like Patricia or Maureen or even Caitlin. I'd give it an 8.5.
Picturing someone young, either early twenties or elementary aged. Smart, and funny, but sensitive. Athletic. Probably reddish-blond, but I can see a brunette too.
Bridget is both contemporary and classic to me. It's about the only sister name I like with Caitlin, which is sort of a GP for me. Like, Bridget works with Caitlin, and Makynzie works with Katelyn.
I think Bridget June works very well (but I'm also leaning towards Bridget Genevieve).

Bridget, certainly a 7. I like it, though if I had a daughter so named,I'd probably always be calling her Biddy or Bridgie.
Visualizing someone names Bridget? Can't do it! I'm not good at that..
I do know a woman, formerly from East Germany when that existed (she went over the wall) named Bridgette, accent on the "tte". So that's who I see. Big tall rangey woman, lots of silver and turquoise jewellery.
