Olivia has an elegant, classy sound, but to me it also has a slithery, nylony sound that I don't like. For that reason I think the name is overrated.

I think Olivia could make a nice middle name. Lauren Olivia comes to mind immediately but I don't know why.

Willow Madeline Olivia is too long, and too frilly, and too many l sounds. Willow Madeline would work better. Willow Olivia is too tongue-twisting.
