This is one where there's a huge difference between the USA and the UK at the moment. Harvey was the 27th most common boys' name in England & Wales in 2005, having risen from 61st place in 2001. It is still seriously out of style in the USA. But its popularity in the UK may be leading up to its becoming one of those "names that are so dorky they suddenly shift over into cool" within the next decade or so in the USA as well.
