I like Kira. I didn't think it was similar to Kayla etc. until you mentioned it, and now I do see it. But I don't actually think it's too similar- if it was, it would be more popular and would fall into the "trendy" category.

Ciara- "KEER-ah," but in my area people would definitely say "see-AR-ah."
