The name of Jean Piaget's daughter. For those who don't know about Piaget, he was the man who devised up the stages of child development.
I really like Lucienne but I think I prefer Lucine / Lusine just because I think they're more usable. Not that Lucienne couldn't be pulled off I just think the pronunciation, although it's beautiful, is a bit awkward. It's a bit like Eulalie in that way for me - like the spelling isn't really all that confusing but I fear the pronunciation might get butchered. But maybe that's just me. Also, I just love the meaning of Lusine :)

I was actually thinking exactly of Lucienne Maple or Mae, or Maple Lucienne (with the occasional nickname of Mae). Weird you mentioned it too as a favourite :P I also like a lot of those combos, particularly Lucienne Margot (even though it is very French) and Lucienne Dora. Thanks for the response :)
