Jane
I know this name is considered boring by a lot of people, but I've warmed to it after reading "Jane Eyre" (I tried reading it before, but I'm actually finishing it this time.) My question is, are there any combos you can think of that "spices" the name up a bit? You can suggest anything you like, I'm not preggers. :)

Thanks, everyone!
You've provided a lot of great combos. :)

A friend of mine used Jane years ago. I thought it was brilliantly understated then and I continue to love it now. Great choice.
I once came up with the combo Jane Eirlys and patted myself on the back no end. Then I realized I had just stolen it from Jane Eyre. :-/ Other combos you might like:
Jane Eleanor / Eleanora
Jane Theodora
Jane Augusta
Jane Everild
Jane Meredith
Jane Lydia
Jane Alice
Jane Isidora
Jane Frances
Jane Coralie
Jane Adele :-)
Jane Elizabeth (not original, but solid as a brick house) / Elspeth
Jane Bryony
Jane Abigail
Jane Charlotte / Carlotta
Jane Margaret / Marjorie
Jane Kerensa
Jane Susannah
Jane Victoria
Jane Aurelia
Jane Buttercup
Jane Elodie ("EL-uh-dee")

OMG
WHY have I never before come up with Jane Ursula?!?!? Hello! This might just go into my "could actually use" pile because Jane is a dear family name to me and could work to honor SO's father John, also. And of course SO would NEVER let me use my beloved Ursula in the front so I'd be happy to have her in the middle. Bonus that the combo flows beautifully. THANK YOU =D

Really? That would be so fantastic! *****Fingers crossed*****

Everyone is coming up with such great combos. But I had to give you special kudos for Jane Midsummer. Wowza!
I'm very fond of Jane, but then, I do prefer names on the classic and stripped-down side of the spectrum.
Jane Eloise
Jane Christianna (which I far prefer with a double -n)
Jane Penelope
Jane Suzanne
Jane Margaret Olwen
Jane Caroline
Jane Rosabel

I think it's boring (surprise!). I really really tried to like it. I tried to appreciate it for its simplicity. But I think what did it for me was the Jane Doe thing. It just makes it so anonymous and incredibly boring. I don't like Janie much either.
I do like quite a few simple names such as Mae and June but to me they just have more character than Jane.
How about:
Jane Zenobia
Jane Ophelia
Jane Belphoebe
Jane Sophronia
Jane Annabella
Jane Christabelle
Jane Eudora
Jane Kailani
Jane Kalani
Jane Calista
I'd pair it with something really unusual or exotic.
