I would not say it is unusable. I could not argue that it's any weirder than, say - Meadow, Piper, Tatum, Armani, Cash, Cannon, or Justice. But personally I don't think it's good as a baby name. As a name in general, okay. But as a proposed baby name, it makes me think of prosperity - a euphemism for wealth - which doesn't come across as classy and intellectual in this day and age IMO. And it reminds me of pretentious (IMO) surname names like Spencer (also associated with wealth) and Preston. And, the Puritan style usually gives me a head-in-the-clouds impression. I'd expect his sister might be Gentry or Honor, or his brother might be Constant or Royal. So overall, usable, yeah, but I don't think it works very well.
