Re: Violet?

Violet is very sweet as a name. I'm thrilled it's being rediscovered.
One association I have for it are the violets I have on my front porch. A friend gave them to me and they are one of the few plants that I have managed not to kill through the years. Either I forget to water them, or they are surviving above the frost line in winter when I forget to put them in my garage. Man, those little guys are tough. So I also think of violets (and therefore the name Violet) in terms of surprising strength.
Violet Adele (reminds me of petals) and Violet Sandrine are my favorite combination for the name.
