I like it. It's a nice simple handsome name with a great origin. I just found a will for a Jason dated 1494, so I'd also say it was probably a classic. I'm not sure it will ever be as popular again as it was in the 60s, 70s & 80s, but it's still at #161 here and I think it's totally usable.
