Tegwen?
Was talking with my boyfriend the other day, and we got onto the topic of names. He mentioned that he kind of liked Teagan, but for me, that's too trendy. Tegwen occurred to me as an alternative. Haven't run it by him yet. What do you all think of Tegwen? To me, it's kind of a cool alternative to Megan and Teagan. Any combo ideas?

I like Tegwen! It's definitely less trendy than Teagan but has the same sort of feel. Tegwen has a bit more of a medieval vibe, which is cool, but it's not "out there". It's easy to say and spell, but still unusual.

Like for heartburn or something. Tegwen AC, in delicious orange-flavored chewable tablets. Use only as directed.
It also seems trendy in its own right, self-conscious in its untrendiness, if that makes any sense. "Ewwww, Teagan is 209 (or whatever) on the SSA charts, we can't have that! How's about this neat alternative, Tegwen?! It's Celtic!"

I like it, but then I like most welsh names.
I don't mind Tegan too much either though to be honest, it's not common here so it seems pretty.
