I do like Rowena too but I am always at a loss to how it is supposed to be pronounced. Love ro-WEN-ah, hate ro-WEE-nah. :/

The others are nice too. Don't see a problem with Rowena. I think kids might mistake it for Rowan, though.

I think Rowena is usable, but I prefer Rowenna because I don't really like the "een" sound in there.

Zenobia is cool, and sounds very queenly or something. Probably a little OTT but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Sabine is nice. It's not understated, but it isn't overdone. Sabine or Sabina would be good IMO. It reminds me of names like Sabrina and Miranda, but it's less popular and retains more of its awesomeness because of it (a name is never as awesome once you learn to associate it with some teenager or classmate... I think that's the main difference for me with Sabina and Sabrina. Sabine might be better than Sabina because it won't get mistaken for Sabrina).

Oooh I like all 3 of these. But if I had to choose, I would go with Rowena (Zenobia's a close second, though). And may I ask why do you think it's a name that would be made fun of??

Rowena. Sure, I think it's usable. Why wouldn't it be?

I think Sabine is the prettiest, but I like Rowena also. I think it's more usable if pronounced Row-ENN-a instead of a long E.

Oh, I love all three! I can't choose one over the other; however, I think Sabine is both the most usable and the most traditionally pretty.

Zenobia is my favorite. I think it's lovely, but I prefer Zenovia.

I don't care for the "wee" sound in Rowena, but I think it's still usable. I find it prettier than Edwina. How about Rowenna (ro-WEN-a)? I love Rowenna.
