Maisie - I think it's really sweet and friendly. If I had to pick a nickname for Margaret, I would use Maisie. I also like Maisie on its own.
Mae - I love this, but I much prefer it on its own. I consider them to be so different that you could even have a Margaret and a Mae in the same sibset. I know a girl named Mae Margaret, by the way.
Mamie - it's okay. I don't really like it because it makes me think of the words 'mama' and 'mommy' for some reason.
Margie - kind of cute, but not my favorite
Midge - it just makes me think of 'midget' :/
Margo - never really cared for it
Greta - I like it
Meg - cute
Meggie - much prefer Maggie
Madge - very friendly and down to earth

I also like Daisy, but don't really think it makes sense as a nickname for Margaret. But when you think about it, most nicknames don't so I think Daisy could also be used. I always kind of liked Daisy.
