I really like Luana, I say it loo-ANN-a but I like it however. I have no idea what a Luana would be like but as a name it seems kind of lush and graceful. -ana is airy sounding but the Lu- part is strong and grounds it. It doesn't sound at all country-ish to me, I don't really have any associations with it. Isn't it kind of trendy in France? Or maybe that's just the Lou sound? Anyway I'd guess a Luana would be European. That's about it.

Louane is very trendy in France but I've never met a Luana or Louana. Lou by itself is also pretty common.
