Titania
This has never been anything but a guilty pleasure for me until now. Do you think it could work as a girl's name?
As a middle name, how does Maeve Titania sound?

Ooh, Maeve Titania. I like it!As a first name, Titania is a no-go; tit, Titanic, even the size implications of Titan would make it hell to grow up with. As a middle name, I think it's fun and very usable. I wouldn't mind sharing my name with the queen of the fairies, as long as I didn't have to go by it all the time.

TITANIC.That's all I can think of.

I thought of titanium first, but Titanic closely followed.

It starts with "Tit". Bad idea. Even though you can, if you want, pronounce the first syllable with a long I, still just not a good idea. Also, the first thing I thought of when I saw it was the Titanic. But as a middle name, sure.

Tit is a name, LOL. I feel about twelve.

I don't really like it, it's too... hard, cold, big, metallic, stuff like that. It looms, it's pretty intimidating. I don't think it's very usable.

I like the way it sounds and the way it looks, but it seems too solid. I'm hesitant to like it, but I kind of do.

I say yes, because it's strong and feminine. Granted it is quirky, but not the kind of strange to be ashamed of. I think it works with Maeve nicely. Only thing is it reminds me of the Titanic a bit. Overall I like it because it's sometimes hard to find a name that's very feminine but also "tough" sounding.
