I started to say it seems strange and forced, but when I stopped to listen to it, I realized that it has a rather pretty sound. I'd pronounce it De-LAY-na.

I think it looks like Delaney (surname name that was trendy some time ago) with the ending changed to an A to make it more like a personal feminine name.
