I don't use the French pronunciation of Jolie. So, Joely and Jolie are pronounced the same way to me.I will assume that Joely is not used very often because it looks rather masculine. The Joel really stands out. I mean, if I just glanced at the name, I would assume it was a nickname for a little boy named Joel.All in all, I like the sound but I think Jolie is a better choice. :)
