Adore it! Such a lovely, simple, intelligent-sounding name. It moves in and out of my top 10 all the time.
10 years ago, I wouldn't have predicted Ada would be a top 500 name today. It won't surprise me at all if it reaches the top 100 in the future. It has a lot of things going for it: it's a worthy successor for Ava; it has that "old lady" vibe many of us love so much; it's part of the Adel- family, which seems to be getting more popular as a whole; you could conceivably use Addy as a nickname. Even the fact that it starts with A could give it a boost, I guess. Something like 20% of the girls' top 100 starts with A.

I think it's pretty. I don't know if it will enter the top 100 or not, but it might become more popular as an alternative to Ava. It has been rising steadily since 2004.
Love it.
Have for years.
I don't think it will ever hit the top 100 but it is pretty close to common names. That doesn't really bug me, though - most of the names I like are either popular, are getting more popular or have a popular sound.

It's in my top 10. I think it will reach top 100 eventually.
Love it so much. One of my favourite names. I don't think it will get to top 100.
