I love it but my husbands name is Ian and something about the sound of "I'm Ian and this is Gideon" bugs me. I think because I am so used to putting emphasis on the sound "Ian" it ends up being emphasized when I say Gideon, even when i try not to...weird I know. I have the same hang up with Lillian (though its way to popular for me to want to use anyway).
