Elsa or Anna?
Elsa or Anna and why? Thanks!

Elsa
My gosh, other factors being equal, loving each name as much as the other, why would you give your kid a name that rendered her essentially anonymous forever?

Elsa. I have nothing against Anna, but Elsa's more interesting.
I like them both but I'd choose Elsa because it's a bit more unusual, whereas Anna is really common and therefore a bit boring.
Just love Anna :)
Anna.
Just never liked Elsa. Too harsh, or stunted, or abrupt, or something along those lines. And every time I see it I want to start singing "Born Free".

Elsa (m)...
... as while Anna is a nice name, I'm bored of it.

Elsa, mostly because it's less common and you don't see it as much. Anna can just seem a little boring because it's so common.
They're both very pretty by the way. They're classics, but I just like how Elsa's a little more spunky and unique.

Elsa
I used to be quite fond of Anna, though nowadays it strikes me as classic, but quite bland. Elsa is very pretty and has a bit of charm that lovely Anna has seemed to lose in time. I love it for a nickname for Elizabeth/Elisabeth, or on it's own.

Elsa!
I think Elsa is both cute and elegant. Elsa ages very well imo. Anna ages well too. Anna and Elsa both have some spunk to them. Anna is cute and earthy. I prefer the pronunciation AH-nah over AN-ah. I like them both but I feel like Elsa has more life to it and it isn't as common.

Definitely Elsa. Anna strikes me as bland, while Elsa sounds vivacious.
I once had a sibling set: Elsa, Mimi (from Marie), Anna and Noel ("no-EL"). I had a thing at the time about the names all having the same number of letters.
So you can see I adore both Anna and Elsa. I vote for Elsa because she is more unusual, at least where I am. It's an underappreciated gem. Besides, the adorable nn Elsie is sooooooo cute.

Elsa. I don't mind Anna but it is very boring. I know so many girls named Anna.
Definitely Elsa. I don't like Anna, I think it's boring. Elsa is one of my favourite names. I also love Elsie.
I find them both pretty boring, but still classic and nice. I actually like them, even though they're not the most exciting ones.
Today I would go with Anna, but Elsa is just as nice.

Elsa.
Both are beautiful names, but as nice as Anna is, its expected.
Elsa makes you sit up and take notice without it being too far from the norm.

Anna is classic, of course, and to me that is a plus. It also has that beautiful symmetry. However, it is quite boring.
Elsa is somewhat unusual. It's simple, but interesting. It's spunky. I love it.

Because I find Anna, while classic, to be pretty boring. Elsa gives me a very warm, homespun feeling.

Anna. I do like Elsa, but it does tend to make me think of the word 'ulcer'!! I prefer Elsie to Elsa.
Anna. I prefer its sound over that of Elsa.
