I like it, though I wouldn't use it myself. Friends of ours are possibly considering this name for their bun in the oven, should that baby be a boy of course!
Love Josiah. It has good meaning and history. It's been used more in the past decade and a half or so than it was for a while, but at the same time has not reached excessive overdoing. Like the combo Samuel Josiah, though Matthew Josiah also sounds nice. Josiah Mateo or Josiah Mattias could also work. I give it a 10.
I've never liked Josiah, so I'll give it a 4. It's not a horrible name but I strongly dislike it.
I'd give it an 8.
I just like the sound of it, mostly. I tend to like a lot of biblical names anyway, particularly for boys, and I think Josiah is a good one. It sounds more intelligent than Jedidiah, warmer than Isaiah, and less fire-and-brimstone than clunkers like Hezekiah. It also has good nicknames if you want them.

Hmm, I think I'd give it a 7. I'd never heard it until 6th grade, when there was a boy in my class by that name. I thought it was really nice, so I liked it for awhile. I'm not generally into -iah names, and it's sort of fallen into the Biblical-trendy category, but I like the Joe part and think it still feels masculine.
I think it's an alright name, but I don't love it. I much prefer Isaiah.
I would probably give Josiah a 5 or 6.
