I don't like Finley for a girl. It's an all-boy name to me, although I can kind of see why people like it for a girl since it fits into the unisex -ley names out there at the moment (Ashley, Harley etc.)

I think Chloe Koch together sounds a bit strange, but it's nice to use your Mum's name so it's not a big deal.
