I am not a fan of either. I don't care for that type of boy name- Hunter, Tanner, et al. Plus Fisher has the further drawback of reminding me of the word "fissure".
Friends of ours actually used Dove as a middle name for their daughter last year and it struck both my husband and I as extremely hokey. And I'm usually all for eccentric middle names, but this one just feels off to me. Maybe it's the soap and Prince connotations?
