I think Dove is fine. Especially as a middle name - middle names, whatever. I don't particularly like it.
Fisher ... well, it does sound cool, but I think I would not use it unless I was referring to something in particular. A relative or admired person named Fisher, a family history of fishing as livelihood. It doesn't seem as first-namey to me as Hunter does, probably because people aren't called "fishers" but "fishermen."
