Toy
This was the name of a teenager I met at work yesterday. It wasn't a nickname, it's wasn't ethnic. He's real full name was Toy! He had a normal, even common, middle name and a very common last name.
Thoughts?

That's unfortunate. I don't care for Troy and Trey, but they're much better than Toy.

Oy vey. Poor guy... I wonder if he's ever kvetched to his parents about that one. It just seems wrong in so many ways... or at least sad.

I seem to remember briefly meeting a Vietnamese woman named Toi once. It might have been several years ago, that's why my memory's hazy.

I actually know a boy named this as well but he is of Korean-American decent and it is spelled Toi.

I've seen Toi on a girl before. I actually like it. I suppose I could see it on a boy too but I like Toi on a girl better

I've seen one as well.I've heard that the lead singer from the 1970's era Marshall Tucker Band had the first name of Toy.

that's a shame...It's like naming a kid Doll or Punkin.
