I'm not wild about the sound of either of them, really. Between the two, I would choose Amandine and I can see, with your Georgia Amandine example, that she can work nicely as a middle name.
Because of the meaning, my sister named her cat Amanda. None of us liked it. Dad flat refused to call the cat by that name and resorted to a nickname, one which the cat very obviously preferred herself and which stuck, even with my sister. After this event, Dad always said, humorously, that he'd rename our children if we chose names he didn't like, and that his names would stick. I don't doubt him for a second. :)
