I've warmed to Charlotte, as the female form of Charles, and my S.O. lost his uncle named Charles earlier this year, so I've begun to think that it might be a nice middle name someday.

I think it is classic, and popular, but not actually that used. I have only met one Charlotte, and that was when I was a little girl.
