I perfer Lucien, but Lucian is nice too. Lucian Marcello is a good combo. Maximillian and Michelina (prefer 1 L--the M middle names are themey enough; they don't all have to contain double Ls too) are nifty middle names, but I'm not loving Ciano or Izel. I'm not sure how they're pronounced. Does Ciano start with a chee-, see-, or sy- sound? Does Izel rhyme with drizzle?
