The meaning is awesome, but the "Phl" bothers me. I actually love names and words that begin with "Fl," but "Phl" makes me think of sci-fi and the word "phlebotomist." The "ox" sound combined with the brevity of the name makes it sound harsh and abrupt, whereas names like Flavia and Flaminia sound melodic to my ear.

Then there's the fact that everyone will think her name is Flocks. Which is odd.
