Eli is great on his own! Definitely prefer Eli over Aaron, but both are fine names.

I love Eli. It's so handsome. It can stand on it's own. My cousin named her son just Eli, though I would have prefered it to be short for Elijah it doesn't have to be. I like Aaron too but I like Eli more.

I don't like Aaron enough to actually use it, but I like it a whole lot more than Eli, which always sounds slimy and slippery.

I love the name Eli, we nearly used it as Jasper's mn actually. I think it can definitely stand on it's own. It's a hard choice between Aaron and Eli, but for a fn my choice would be Eli.
