I think Melina. Erlea just looks like someone can't spell early to me, and despite it's Basque origins that's tough for me to shake. Melina isn't something you see everyday, but it's easy to pronounce and it's very beautiful and feminine.

MelinaI'll be honest and admit I'm not fond of either, but Melina appeals more to me in sound and appearance. Erlea seems clunkier.

I pick Erlea because chances are pretty good that it will always be said like "Early" which is poetry and hillbilly glam together as one.

Melina. Erlea reminds me of the word early.

If it's one or the other, I'd rather be Melina. Erlea is pretty. But it looks like it could be mispronounced "early" where I live. I actually struck Melina off my short list for a daughter's name because of the medical term melena, though. If it were any "bee" name, I'd go with Melissa. Even though Melissa was a big fad, it's still classic, and I really like it.

I'd choose Erlea. Melina reminds me of the medical term "Melena"I also like Deborah / Devorah and Melissa.

I'd choose Melina any day of the week.Erlea sounds like a disease. And I'm not exactly sure how to pronounce it either.
