The youngest Nancy I know is probably about 12 or 13 by now. It's not uncommon today, it seems especially popular among Hispanics, as are Linda, Karen and Brenda, names that are generally seen as being dated.
I don't dislike Nancy, but I find it kind of blah, no matter the age of the person who has it.

Funny you should mention that...
...because I've noticed that some Hispanic teenagers have names that are considered dated in the white community. There are two Hispanic Shirleys at the high school, and a Phyllis. I think that's interesting.

Interesting... We don't have as many Hispanics in Canada, so I notice the dated names more in the Chinese population.
