Ky-ross sounds very grand (maybe too much). I'd probably end up slurring it into ky-russ. Which isn't bad, sounds a bit like Cyrus. Like the similarity to Cairo, but without being literal. Definitely a boy's name. Fn would be ballsy, but I think it would make a good mn.
