Joy. No, Grace. Joy. Grace. Joy. Grace. Gah! It's so hard to pick because I love both and would happily use either.
Since I like them equally, I guess I'll go with the less common option--Joy...oh, but Grace has better associations and such a sweet nickname. *wibbles*
