I like Genevieve but sometimes it just seems so long and pretentious, especially as a first name, that's why a lot of people shorten it to Gen or Jenny or even Eve. As a middle name it's nice, if you can find a name that suits it. I'm from New England in the USA and I pronounce it jen-eh-veev.
I think Lilah Genevieve sounds nice, also I've always like the combo Genevieve Louise. I don't know if I could ever use it though, I also like it's counterparts Guinevere and Gwyndolen better, Jennifer and Winifred also come from this group of names. :)
