I think it's too perfect that it's Alice Liddel's middle name, because Pleasance is totally an upside-down Wonderland merry unbirthday tea party of a name. It's sickly-sweet good little girl and totally strange at the same time.

I'd say it's useable. Certainly just as useable as any of the other ridiculous names being used nowadays!
