Aidan however it is spelt is to me a very masculine name while Nadia is pretty and feminine anyone hearing you talking about your children would assume they were brother and sister not sisters.
I dont think Anagrams are too bad but it depends on how similar ie
Daina / Dania or Amalie /Amelia are far too similar while Nadia and Diana or Malia / Alima or Almeria / Mariela are not too bad
