Living in another country, I'm seeing Archibald differently. It's mostly just comical. It's so stuffy and fanciful and over-the-top. I like it (hypothetically) because of those qualities, but I can't imagine it in real life. I've never seen one before. And Archie always surprises me to know it's popular elsewhere. Here it is probably strongly associated with Archie comics (it is to me, anyway). So it's mostly just goofy.Abraham, on the other hand, I really like. It's a very strong name, but has a gentleness to it too. Here it wouldn't have any issues (the Lincoln association isn't a negative, and most people probably have a Biblical association over that). I've known several Abrahams from babies to old guys. They all went by Abe, but I adore Bram. Big thumbs up from me for Abraham nn Bram.I think either of those names would fit in a sibset with the names you've listed.
